There are some Must-Have Essentials for Your Yoga Practice. When you join a class with me, be prepared to:

  • MOVE: Flow through sequences that awaken every cell, inviting energy to flow freely.

  • STRETCH: Reach for the sky, touch your toes, and find space where tension once resided.

  • BREATHE: Mindful breath work connects us to the present moment.

  • MEDITATE: Here, the mind finds stillness and calm.

  • BRING ON THE GOOD VIBES:  Enjoy the experience, its your body and your practice

It is my deepest hope that as I guide you through this practice it will:

  1. Awaken a sense of peace within you, a calm oasis amidst life’s storms.

  2. Cultivate sense of well-being within yourself.

  3. Allow your curiosity to bloom as you explore the vast landscape of your own being.

Whether you’re a curious beginner, or a seasoned Yogi, know that you are welcome here. There are some images and content on social media that may make you think this practice is not for you, but Yoga is for everyone! The main goal of Yoga is not all about reaching a particular pose. It is the time that you carve out for yourself, the conscious movement and breathing and the awareness of sensation along the way that truly counts.
